		<description>it&#039;s definitely gone down in history as one of the best meals i&#039;ve ever partaken in.  culinary arts in all senses of the words.  a completely brilliant evening i&#039;ll never forget.  thanks michael &amp; chase.  (and i&#039;m so glad our tables didn&#039;t fall apart on anyone. :-)</description>
